ASEPRI facilitates the participation of Spanish brands, accompanying them throughout the process to maximise presence, contacts, and commercial results obtained at the fair. Additionally, we have an agreement with the fair to maintain the economic rate in the pavilion. Participating in Kind & Jugend 2026 offers you the opportunity to position your collection of children’s products in a highly professional business environment, focusing on trends, innovation, and current commercial needs.

Available participation modalities

The Kind & Jugend 2026 Fair is organised in a physical format with exhibition spaces adapted to the needs of each brand.

Forms of participation:

• Individual exhibition stand in an independent space with its own location. (Direct application to the fair)
• Pavilion “Baby & Kids Products from Spain” brands located in the same space with identifying decoration image FROM SPAIN. (Application through ASEPRI)

Practical information for brands

1. Requirements to participate

• Legally established Spanish company in the childcare or baby products sector.
• Company with export capacity.
• Confirm your participation through the ASEPRI application. Once confirmation is received, the team will contact you to inform you about the next steps.

2. Costs or investment ranges

• Approximate cost for 9m2 ASEPRI pavilion: 6,990.40 + VAT
• ICEX aid 30%: 1,834.62
• OBLIGATORY fair expenses (included in the pavilion):

*Energy costs: 21€ /m2*Auma Fee: 0.60 €/m2*Mandatory Fair Deposit*(Down Payment- fair services): 30€/m2.*Fair Marketing Services. Mandatory fair service: 1295€
