ASEPRI's solidarity campaign for the victims of the DANA

ASEPRI, the Spanish Association of Children’s Products, with the support of the Generalitat Valenciana, launched in November 2024 a Solidarity Campaign to support families with children affected and the victims of the DANA. In this campaign, more than a hundred families have been assisted.

Nearly 30 childcare, children’s fashion, footwear and toy companies have donated their products, early childhood toys, transport and walking articles, furniture, cots and minicots, children’s clothing, pyjamas, lingerie and wellies.

The remaining stock will be donated to ‘Juntos por la Vida’, a foundation based in Valencia, which has been helping the reconstruction effort and the families from day one. In addition, its proximity to the affected area makes it easier to reach those affected, who are still in need of help.

ASEPRI thanks the companies that have collaborated by supporting hundreds of families in the affected municipalities through the solidarity campaign for the victims of the DANA, as well as the Spanish and foreign companies that have collaborated on their own with the affected children’s world through their donations to NGOs and other platforms.

This solidarity campaign would not have been possible without the collaboration of the Generalitat Valencia and Improving Logistics & Consulting, a logistics centre located in Almussafes, from where the arrival and distribution of the material donated during these months has been coordinated.

The 11th ASEPRI Meet with the sector will be held this year in Valencia, instead of Madrid, strengthening its commitment and showing its support and solidarity for the damage caused by the DANA in the Valencian region and the victims of the DANA. It will take place at Feria Valencia on 5 June 2025.
