Based in the heart of Manhattan, Children’s Show is a new international fair dedicated to children’s fashion that debuted on 11th and 12th February in New York.

A personalised event to attract American retailers, boutiques, and department stores, as well as mid to high-profile European brands and designers with a classic chic style and a strong fashion component. A dynamic and intimate platform with a working agenda and personalised attention.

The fair, which took place at 417 Fifth Avenue Mezzanine New York, NY – 7th floor, featured a lineup of 60 leading companies representing all categories of children’s fashion products, including baby, footwear, teen, ceremony, denim, swimwear, and accessories.

The United States is the third market for Spanish children’s fashion outside of Europe. The Jewish community based in Brooklyn, NYC, is our main client along with the states of Florida, Atlanta, and Texas. Children’s Show attracted clients from the East Coast and Central America in its first edition, who mainly value the renewed classic style and the made in Spain quality of Spanish children’s fashion and footwear brands.

The American market is highly competitive and fragmented with numerous operators. It is essential to have a commercial agent or importer, or several agents depending on the states in which one wishes to operate. It requires physical presence at fairs or events and online promotion. The online channel accounts for 42% of sales. There are 9000 children’s fashion stores.

The event is supported by EMI Ente Moda Italia, which will exclusively represent the Italian exhibitors, and the support of ASEPRI for the Spanish brands.

Children’s Show wants to emphasise eco-responsibility. This includes the construction and decoration of the fair itself, which will be reused and recycled at each edition, along with collaborations with local companies and partners with an environmentally respectful design approach.

ASEPRI and 6 leading brands of “made in Spain” children’s fashion and footwear presented their winter novelties for 2024-2025 to the American market: Artesanía Granlei, Igor, Foque, Mac Ilusion, Pi &Pa Kid’s Atelier, and Pisamonas.
