Children's fashion from Spain dazzles thanks to Paseo Mágico and La Playita

Children’s fashion once again shone brightly at two essential events in the summer calendar: the Paseo Mágico by Día Mágico catwalk, held on 16 May, and La Playita, which took place on 23 June during the summer edition of FIMI Summer.
The Paseo Mágico catwalk brought more magic and sweetness to Día Mágico by FIMI
The Paseo Mágico, organised as part of the Día Mágico by FIMI event, which took place between the 16th and 17th of May at Feria Valencia, transformed the catwalk into a universe of fantasy. The event, specialising in communion and ceremony, brought together the sector’s leading firms in a fashion show that combined elegance, handcrafted details and the latest trends for that special day.
The brands participating in this fashion show were: Alhuka, Amarca, Anavig, Hortensia Maeso, Javilar, Lilus, Mon Air, Montero & Cabana, Montserrat Lozano and Niseret.
Ethereal designs, delicate fabrics and a careful staging to the millimetre made this edition a true celebration of children’s ceremonial fashion.
FIMI Summer Showroom vibrated thanks to the La Playita catwalk
The La Playita fashion show, as part of FIMI Summer – the children’s and youth fashion fair held from 23rd to 24th June at Feria Valencia – showed the freshest and most colourful side of the season. National brands presented their summer collections, with vibrant, sustainable proposals designed to accompany the little ones on their days of sun, beach and adventures. Tropical prints, light fabrics and a clear commitment to comfort defined this catwalk, which was consolidated as one of the most awaited moments of the event.
Attendees, including a large number of international VIP buyers, were able to enjoy these brands: Abel&Lula, Boston Kids, Canada House, Eve Children, Javilar, Mayoral, Montero & Cabana and Newness.
Both shows confirm that children’s fashion is not only booming, but that it is also committed to innovation, responsible design and an emotional connection with families. Once again, Valencia reaffirms itself as the epicentre of the children’s sector, attracting buyers, designers and media from all over the world.
These fashion shows could not have taken place without the invaluable support of the Generalitat Valencia and ICEX, together with the collaboration of Feria Valencia and the work of the FIMI team, as well as that of the ASEPRI team.
What is the next event for the children’s sector?
The children’s sector is already looking forward to the next event, which will be the next edition of the BabyKid Spain + FIMI fair, co-organised by Feria Valencia and ASEPRI, to be held next January, from the 21st to the 23rd of this month, 2026. We look forward to seeing you there!
