Kind+Jugend
Kind+Jugend, one of the most important international events in the childcare and baby equipment sector, celebrates its 62nd edition from 8 to 11 September in Cologne, Germany. This annual trade fair is a great showcase for presenting the latest products, trends and innovations in the sector.
The most outstanding new products will be recognised in 2025 with the prestigious ‘Kind+Jugend Innovation Award’, in addition to three additional awards, the ‘Midwives’ Choice Awards’.
The Spanish childcare sector enjoys high recognition both nationally and internationally. It has brands that stand out for their design, quality, innovation and commitment to the safety of the little ones.
The Spanish childcare sector enjoys high recognition both nationally and internationally. It has brands that stand out for their design, quality, innovation and commitment to the safety of the little ones. They offer a wide range of products for children, including pushchairs and car seats, layettes and home textiles, baby fashion, children’s furniture, lightweight childcare products, electronic devices, care and safety products, toys, and more.
ASEPRI has been participating in Kind+Jugend since 2001, and this will be the 14th edition of its ‘Baby & Kids Products from Spain’ PAVILION, located in Hall 10.2 · E-019G, and led by the association. The brands BBes&Co, Gomarco, Ikid, Micuna, My Baby Mattress, The Cool Bottles and Tutete will be present.
In addition to the brands grouped in the ASEPRI pavilion, other prestigious Spanish firms will be present at the fair individually. These include Babyauto, the national leader in child restraint systems with the highest safety standards; Saro, a specialist in layettes, early development, lightweight childcare and hygiene and feeding items; Pasito a Pasito / Walking Mum, leaders in accessories for walks and maternity bags; Bimbidreams, with decorative items for the bedroom such as vinyls, pillows and bedding; and Asalvo, which presents children’s furniture, car seats and pushchairs.
BEBE Paris
ASEPRI will also be present from 29 to 30 September at the first edition of the BEBE PARIS childcare fair, an event to be held in the Hall de la Pinède, located in the Parc Floral de Paris.
ASEPRI will be present from 29 to 30 September at the BEBE PARIS childcare fair, which is celebrating its first edition at the Hall de la Pinède, located in the Parc Floral de Paris. This new trade show is the result of the merger of the WELCOME BABY PARIS and PASSION BEBE LYON trade shows and is supported by the main French purchasing groups, such as Aubert, Adbb Autour de Bébé, Bébé 9 and Orchestra-Prémaman.
France is the leading European market in terms of turnover in the childcare sector, with a share of almost 20% of international sales. Twelve leading Spanish brands will participate in this fair, including Asalvo, Bimbidreams, Cambrass, Jané, Micuna, Miniland, Pasito a Pasito and Walking Mum.
ASEPRI will also have a pavilion called ESPACE ESPAGNE, a pop-up space resulting from the collaboration between BEBE PARIS and the association. This area is exclusively dedicated to Spanish brands that are new to the French market, allowing them to participate with smaller stands. ASEPRI will be present in this space alongside Babyauto, Ecus Kids, Mimaar and My Little One by NAÁY, which will showcase products such as car seats, children’s mattresses (including one specially designed to prevent plagiocephaly and SIDS), children’s cosmetics and early learning and development products.
The aim of this pavilion is to foster synergies between brands with complementary products, taking advantage of the international appeal of the ‘Marca España’ brand. The stands, which vary between 2 and 6 m², have a common networking area, facilitating direct contact with visitors and buyers.
To support these events, ASEPRI has launched a strong online promotional campaign that includes sending personalised mailings to VIP customers, specific microsites, SEO/SEM positioning and promotion on social media for both the brands and the two events.
ASEPRI’s target markets for 2025 are Latin America —focused through a Baby & Kid Products from Spain Showroom in Colombia and Mexico— and the Middle East. For the latter, we have designed a commercial initiative called the Sectoral Information Stand, in which four companies from different sectors participated as a trade mission to learn about the market and generate new business opportunities. We recently attended Baby Expo Dubai with the aim of further exploring this market.
ASEPRI’s upcoming international events will be Baby Expo Riyadh, from 30 to 31 October; our second Showroom in Mexico City, on 25 November; and the major event BabyKid Spain + FIMI, which will celebrate its 6th edition from 21 to 23 January 2026.
ASEPRI participates in the Kind&Jugend and BEBE PARIS 2025 childcare fairs and has received support from ICEX and Generalitat Valenciana, having contributed, according to their respective abilities, to the economic growth of this company, their region and Spain as a whole.
